1. What we collect
- Purchase data. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your name, email, country, payment details and billing information. We receive your name, email, country and order details from Paddle to deliver the Product and provide support. We never see or store your full card details.
- Emails you send us. If you contact us, we keep your email address and the content of your message to answer you.
- Technical logs. Our web server automatically records standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the Products you bought and send updates to them (performance of a contract).
- To answer your questions and handle refunds (performance of a contract, legitimate interest).
- To keep records required by tax and accounting law (legal obligation).
- To protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Paddle may set strictly necessary cookies during checkout; see Paddle’s Privacy Policy. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business: Paddle (payments, tax and invoicing), our hosting provider (website hosting) and our email provider (support). They process data under their own privacy terms and applicable law.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the EU, UK and USA. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 6 years). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email boss@baseos.club. We will reply within 30 days.
8. Children
Our Products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
