Refund Policy
All sales are final. Our products are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because you get full access straight away, we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK and similar)
If you are a consumer in a country that gives a right to withdraw from online purchases, that right does not apply to digital content once its supply has begun with your express consent. By completing your purchase you ask us to deliver the product immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available.
When we will help
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. If the file is faulty, cannot be downloaded or is materially different from its description on this website, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem, send a working copy or, if we can't, refund you.

Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Any refund that is due is issued by Paddle to the original payment method, in line with Paddle’s refund policy.
