1. About these terms

These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold on getaitools.cc, including “AI Toolbase — Starter Edition” and any future editions or updates (the “Products”). By purchasing or downloading a Product you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payments. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the checkout. Prices are shown on the website in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.

3. The Products

Products are educational digital materials (PDF documents and related resources) about using AI tools to create and sell services. Products are delivered electronically: after successful payment you are redirected to a download page, and you may request the files again by email.

Products reference third-party tools, websites and open-source projects. We do not own or control them, and their features, prices and terms may change at any time. You are responsible for complying with the terms and licences of any third-party tool you use.

4. Licence

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own learning and business. You may use the prompts and templates in your own work and client projects. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute or offer the Products (in whole or substantial part) to others, free or paid, or upload them to file-sharing services.

5. Earnings disclaimer

The Products are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any income, earnings or business results. Any figures mentioned (for example typical market prices for services) are references, not promises or typical results. Your results depend entirely on your own skills, effort and circumstances. Nothing in the Products is financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Refunds

Products are digital files available immediately after payment, so all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (for example, if a file is faulty or not as described). By completing a purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal ends once the download is made available. See our Refund Policy.

7. Updates

We may update the Products from time to time and add new content. Updates to a Product you bought are provided free of charge. We may change, discontinue or replace content that becomes outdated.

8. Intellectual property

All content of the website and the Products, including text, design and compilations, is owned by the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

9. Limitation of liability

The Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profit, arising from the use of the Products or third-party tools. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

10. Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably by email first.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
